ABOUT

Run Baby Run was born out of real life — the early mornings, packed weekends, school runs, training sessions, tournaments, long runs, and the never-ending question: “What are we going to eat?”

We created Run Baby Run for active families who are constantly on the go — from parents training for their next triathlon or marathon, to kids chasing personal bests, making provincial teams or simply discovering the joy of sport.

Because we know that fuelling well sounds simple… until real life gets involved.

There’s so much advice out there. So many products, ingredients, plans and opinions. It can quickly become overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to make good choices for your family while juggling everything else that comes with being a parent.

That’s where Run Baby Run comes in.

“Now we’re ready” is more than a slogan to us. It’s that feeling you get when the bags are packed, the snacks are sorted, the water bottles are filled and everyone is ready to go. Ready for the early morning. Ready for the long day. Ready for school, sport, training, competition — and everything in between.

We believe fuelling an active family shouldn’t be complicated. We believe in real food first, simple solutions and products that genuinely earn their place in your kit bag.

Because long runs don’t come with fridges. Tournaments don’t always stop for proper meal breaks. Kids get hungry at inconvenient times. Parents forget to eat. And honestly, we’re already carrying enough mental load.

So we carefully choose products that make life a little easier — products we use ourselves, trust for our own families and reach for when it really matters.

Run Baby Run is about more than nutrition. It’s about making active family life feel a little simpler, a little more prepared and a lot more enjoyable.

Our goal is simple:

To help you and your family feel ready for whatever the day brings — and to enjoy every kilometre, finish line, playground, school day and adventure along the way.

Because in an active South African family, there’s always somewhere to go, something to do and someone to cheer for. Now we're ready!
